Privacy Policy

Hangzhou Six Paw Cat Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us") respects and protects the privacy of every user of CyberLife (the "App"). This policy is drafted in accordance with applicable data protection laws including the EU GDPR, California CCPA, and other regulations of your jurisdiction. It explains what information we collect, how it is used and stored, and the rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information needed to provide subscription tracking:

Account: email address and securely hashed password
Subscription data: service name, amount, billing cycle and reminder times you enter manually
Device data: device model and OS version for crash diagnostics only

We do not collect location, contacts, photos or any data unrelated to the service.

2. Data Storage & Security

Your account and subscription data are stored on our cloud servers located in the United States. All data in transit is protected using industry-standard encryption protocols (HTTPS / TLS), and passwords are one-way hashed before storage — we cannot read your plaintext password. Sync data is also encrypted at rest.

3. Third-Party Services

CyberLife integrates:

Apple StoreKit for in-app purchases — payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never receive your card details
Apple iCloud (CloudKit) for sync — only when you enable it, controlled by your Apple ID
Transactional email service — only when you enable email reminders

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party for advertising or marketing.

4. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and other data protection laws applicable in your country or region, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently erase all cloud data. Deleted data is removed from all backups within 30 days. To exercise other rights, contact privacy@sixpawcat.com.

5. App Permissions

CyberLife requests the following system permissions:

Notifications — to send renewal reminders
Camera — to scan promo code QR (optional)
Network — for sign-in, sync, and exchange-rate refresh

All permissions can be revoked anytime in iOS Settings.

6. Children's Privacy

This service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your jurisdiction, e.g., 16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child has provided us personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent or guardian and become aware that your child has submitted personal information to us, please contact privacy@sixpawcat.com so we can take action.

7. Updates & Contact

We may update this policy from time to time. The "LAST.UPDATED" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. For material changes that affect your rights, we will notify you in advance through in-app notice, email, or other reasonable means.
